Whoops, Patti. You missed Will Thomas writing about Israel Zangwill's The Big Bow Mystery in The Rap Sheet.

Cheers,
Jeff

I find I can't get over the pad instead of the mouse, when using laptops...seems so much more clumsy.

Elizabeth Sanxay Holding, for Ed Gorman's. Thanks to John Boston pointing it out on ABE Books, I was able to pick up the Unicorn Book Club omnibus that includes an ESH novel, Fredric Brown's THE FAR CRY, a decent Mike Shayne by Dresser, and the odd sf mystery MURDER IN MILLENNIUM VI by the otherwise utterly obscure Curme Gray.
